Before taking on its next few steps, CANU slows down …
Just like you!

Special thanks to Sophie Lachance, Chief Officer for the employee experience at Normandin Beaudry, who took the time to share with us her very own perspective on the CANU experience.

CANU offers its clients spaces for reflection and exchange that allow organizations to observe, understand and appreciate the journey they have made so far and to regroup at a new starting line.

As we see ourselves, CANU is not above the context that enables change. Yep, we are definitely in a phase of changes of historical importance!

Since last year, we went from two to five teammates.

Since last year, our service offering has become denser, more diversified and more specialized, all simultaneously.

We meet the same growth challenges and the same human and organizational issues. So, together, we choose to take a break in order to inspire and reveal ourselves … To innovate. During the workshop, we accept the imperfection, we have fun and we play hard. We work to understand each other, to observe each other, to appreciate each other. Through our exchanges punctuated by outbursts, misunderstandings and some real big fun, we become aware of where everyone is at on a personal and collective level and, at the end of the day, clarity is obtained … As always.
