Throwback to the first event between athletes and business men & women at the Champion beyond the code, January 10, 2018

When the Champions beyond the code adventure began in 2016, the primary goal was to provide a space for open dialogue to support athletes in their transition to life beyond their sport – because I knew the dizziness and the pitfalls of this necessary period intimately and because I was deeply convinced that it could be much more fruitful if it were framed. This adventure, like all those that are worth it, proved to be richer and more exciting than anticipated for us at CANU and for the participants of the first cohort.

It is in this same spirit of audacity that today we broaden the horizons of the Champions beyond the code program by providing spaces for dialogue to support not just athletes, but also business people and soldiers. Over the last year, my entrepreneurial career, as well as Christian’s military background, helped us understand the richness and untapped opportunities to unite the parallel worlds of sport, military and business. Together, we break taboos, we welcome the possibilities by developing a broader collective consciousness of the human experience and we work to go beyond our current code.

The CANU team is already working on creating new activities specifically designed for this unique perspective. In the coming weeks, a few lucky people will be invited to participate in the first event.

Psst. We also thought about SMEs by creating the CANU SPECIAL SME event specifically designed for SME management teams.  Ask us about it.
