A TEAM MOBILIZED FOR YOUR SUCCESS

The CANU team consists of professionals with complimentary profiles : athletic (olympic, paralympic & professionnal), strategic planning & consulting and military.
CANU members’ journeys might seem to diverge. On the contrary, each members’ experience reinforces the capacity of the team to grasp the organizational complexity in order to tailor a program that is perfectly suited to your reality. This multidisciplinary approach sets us apart from the rest.
This diversity is leveraged by CANU to address different contexts with confidence : change management, coaching, conferences, facilitation, video, team building, project management and agility.

We win if and only if you win because we are in the same boat!

President, coach and speaker

My name is Maxime Boilard and I grew up in Lac-Beauport, a suburb of Quebec City. At 10 years of age I became a member of the Club Canoe-kayak. Their organization has consistently sent athletes to the Olympic Games starting as far back as Mexico in 1968. On my first attempt I fell into the water, and in love with the sport. Wow! What a challenge! I grew up in a high-performance environment.

Keynote speaker & coach

Chris is a former Royal 22e Régiment (a.k.a. the Vandoos) officer who suffered very serious injuries during a combat operation in Afghanistan in 2009. Two years later, spent in rehab, he went on becoming Canada’s fastest para kayaker (2012-2015). Chris’s playground with CANU is centred on simple but tough to grasp subjects : leadership, courage and resilience.

It’s not whether you get knocked down, it’s whether you get up.
