Marie-Claude Collette is a practicing executive coach since 2003, Marie-Claude has helped executive leaders and their teams evolve and better themselves professionally in various federal government institutions, all the while occupying leadership functions herself.
Once a senior executive in the federal public service, she has more than 25 years of relevant business experience. She was instrumental in implementing various change initiatives during her different assignments. A key member on the Board of Directors for the Association of Professional Executives of the Public Service of Canada (APEX), she participated in the study looking at the health of executives.
As a long-time advocate of leadership capacity development, Marie-Claude has also assisted emerging leaders in overcoming obstacles in their career path. Her marked interest for leadership development naturally led her towards executive and team coaching.
In times of change, she also accompanies teams to help them determine the critical conditions which must be met for the teams to become effective, durable and innovative. In addition, Marie-Claude actively mentors aspiring coaches and provides master training around certifying new coaches through Convivium/New Ventures West. So far, 200 leaders coached with over 2500 hours of coaching.
